Terms of service

These terms govern your use of TakeTheX (the "service"), provided by Yusuf Bera Arslan. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

TakeTheX is software that drafts, edits and schedules posts on X (formerly Twitter). Drafts are generated with AI. You approve every post. If you connect your X account through X's official sign-in, the service posts, replies and quotes on that account only when you tell it to: right away when you tap Post, or at the time you queued a post for. You can disconnect your X account in Settings at any time. TakeTheX is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for what you publish and for following X's rules. Read and check drafts before posting them.
• You may not use the service to create misleading, illegal or hateful content or content that infringes other people's rights.
• You may not post the same or substantially similar content from more than one X account, post bulk or repetitive replies, or use the service for any other activity X's rules treat as spam or platform manipulation. X may restrict or suspend accounts for this, and we may suspend access to the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew monthly. Using the service requires an active subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can cancel at any time; after cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Usage limits

Each plan has the daily and weekly limits shown on the pricing page. We may limit automated use that overloads the service.

AI content

Drafts are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Engagement predictions are estimates, not guarantees.

Changes and termination

We may change features to improve the service. We may close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account in Settings at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
